We’ll ship out your purchase as soon as we can and provide you with a four-hour window. We’ll also notify you within 50 minutes of our arrival, so you don’t have to worry about missing our arrival. When we deliver furniture, our quality control team will completely unpack and inspect your purchase before we deliver it to your home. For appliances, we’ll unpack, set up, and provide basic connection. Our team will also install your products correctly and make sure your product is working correctly (for a small fee). We ask that the person signing for the item is at least 18 years old and that the entryways and pathways are clear. Also included in our White Glove Delivery Service Package is our haul-away service. When we install your new product, we’ll haul away your old one, so you don’t have to worry about removing it yourself. Yes, we offer express delivery on any purchase to all our service areas. Our professional express delivery team operates six days a week for all our customers. Keep in mind we don’t currently operate on Sundays, so please prepare accordingly. For on-time delivery, you need to make a purchase of $599 or more and live within a 15-mile radius of our delivery center. What locations do you deliver to?

We provide delivery to all of Kern County and all of Bakersfield. If you reside out of town, your delivery will be scheduled according to our normal preset routes and rates. And if you’re outside our normal delivery range, we’ll arrange your delivery through an outside delivery service or carrier (other charges may apply).
